Terms of Services for Commissions

Please read carefully the following terms before requesting a commission. Inquiries for details are always welcome.1) General Terms
a. Prices and terms are subject to change.
b. I reserve the right to decline any commission requests.2) Commission Process
a. Please feel free to provide any image / description / keywords of reference (for character, poses, situations etc.) as you like.
b. An initial draft will be sent to you for confirmation of commission details.
c. Full payment in USD(United States Dollars) will be required after the initial draft is approved.(Payment will be requested through Paypal Invoice) Progress on the commission will not resume until payment is confirmed.
d. Commissioned work might take any time up to 2 months, depending on the complexity of the request and my availability.
e. I can provide work-in-progress screencaps upon your request. Slight alterations will be available, however large-scale changes (redraw, change of concept etc.) might not be satisfied.
f. The completed work will be delivered as a PNG image.3) Permissions and usage
a. I do not claim any intellectual property depicted in the commissioned work that does not belong to me.
b. Commissioned work is for Personal Use only. Further discussion on terms is necessary if you request for commercial use.
c. Please feel free to upload the commission work online with proper credit given to me.
d. I reserve the rights and ownership of the completed artwork. The completed work might be uploaded on social media platforms for promotional purposes.
e. Use of the commissioned work for the purpose of NFT or AI training is strictly prohibited.4) Refund Policy
a. I retain the right to either accept or decline refund requests once the commission has started.
b. A partial refund of up to 50% of the commissioned price is negotiable, only under the circumstance that I cannot finish or deliver the final artwork.
